16 Teams entered this week's tournament, and only one winner came out. MRKN 2.0 went through the entire bracket as they swept their way to the finals beating University Elite(2-0), Straight Vicious(2-0), Primal Nation(2-0), & Team Mythic(3-2) in the grand finals. This was our newest team to date before the tournament started. I had contacted the team captain MRKN_Klarity a night before to replace a team that wasn't able to play in the tournament. They replaced Luminary eSports in the #11 seed. Off of short notice and not really any information from AresArena they still played and showed great determination. Watching them play and having the privilege to cast these guys was awesome. This team is now the #7 team in the league and I can't wait to see them again and I have yet to even meet the other three players, so I'm eager to see what they have in store for me as not only players, but personalities in the outside gamer world. Congrats to MRKN 2.0 for winning the tournament and can't wait to see them in the league!
